Thirty days. Any reason. Shipping on us.
If it isn't right — the fit, the cut, the colour, or you simply changed your mind — send it back within 30 days of delivery. You don't pay for return shipping, and you don't need a reason.
Not sure about the fit? That's what the exchange is for. Order the size you think you are, and if it isn't the one, we'll swap it — free, both directions.
How it works
- Email us at hello@cest2.com with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Post it back. Once it reaches us, your refund goes to your original payment method, or your exchange ships out.
Anything faulty or damaged in transit — email us and we'll sort it out properly, whatever the timeline says.
